The Secret is in the Specs
We don’t do “close enough.” When we build these lamps, we match the original electrical footprint exactly. The voltage and wattage are identical. If your Matrix setup needs a specific shortwave infrared output, we dial in the filament density so the heat hitting that PET preform feels exactly the same as the factory original. Here’s the thing: the resistance of the tungsten filament matters a lot. If the ohms are off, even by a little, the color temperature shifts. When that happens, the PET doesn’t soak up the energy the way it should, and your heating curve tanks. We avoid that by benchmarking everything against Sidel’s own factory standards.

These are true drop-ins. We used the same dimensions and connectors as the Matrix chassis, so you aren’t messing around with your wiring or fighting with brackets. The quartz glass is built to let that high-intensity light through without breaking a sweat. One quick tip, though. These high-wattage lamps put out a massive amount of heat. Our lamps match the OEM output perfectly, but they can’t fix a dirty oven. If your cooling blowers are choked with dust, your preforms are going to overheat no matter whose lamp you’re using. Keep those blowers clean.
