No welding, no new brackets, no headache. To keep things running right, you’ve got to keep the IR sensor lenses clean. If grease builds up on the lens, the controller gets tricked. It thinks the oven is hotter than it actually is, and you’ll end up with under-baked product. A quick wipe-down goes a long way. One last thing: check your voltage stability.
